📦 Orders & Products
What are Strata Art posters made of?
All our wall posters are custom 3D printed using premium PLA material. They are available in two finishes — Matte (₹599) and Gloss (₹649).
Are the products made-to-order?
Yes. Every Strata Art poster is made-to-order after your payment is confirmed. This ensures you receive a freshly crafted piece every time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at strataartist@gmail.com. However, made-to-order products cannot be cancelled for any reason, including change of mind, once the order is confirmed — as production begins immediately. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed for any order type.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, slight colour or finish variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. This does not constitute a defect.
What sizes are available?
Please refer to the individual product pages for size details. Each listing includes the dimensions for that specific poster.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our estimated timeline is:
- Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Dispatch: 1-2 business days after processing
- Delivery after dispatch: 5–7 business days
- Total: approximately 7–10 business days from the date of order
Timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Which courier service do you use?
We ship all orders across India via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) — a reliable and trackable service.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How are the shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free shipping.
How is my order packaged?
Every poster is packed with care using secure, rigid protective packaging specifically designed to protect 3D wall art during transit.
📍 Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your India Post tracking number. You can use the tracking link in the email or visit the order tracking section on our homepage to check your shipment status anytime.
I haven’t received my tracking details. What should I do?
Please allow up to 3–5 business days after placing your order for dispatch. If you still haven’t received tracking details, email us at strataartist@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Since all our products are made-to-order, we accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video as proof.
What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
How do I request a refund or replacement?
- Email us at strataartist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
- We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days
Depending on the issue, we’ll offer either a free replacement or a store credit/refund to your original payment method.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, for valid return claims, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
My order was damaged or lost in transit. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at strataartist@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and digital wallets — powered by Razorpay.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card or payment details.
Are all prices in INR?
Yes, all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
