Refund policy
At Strata Art, we take great pride in the quality of our 3D printed wall posters. Every order is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping.
Eligibility for Returns We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video as proof.
Non-Returnable Items Since all our posters are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email us at strataartist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
- We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days
Resolution Options Depending on the issue, we'll offer either:
- A free replacement of the same item, or
- A store credit or refund to your original payment method
Shipping Charges Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping (if required) will be arranged by us at no cost to you for valid claims.
