Welcome to Strata Art. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. Strata Art reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All Strata Art products are 3D printed wall posters. Product images on the website are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen display differences. This does not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payments By completing a purchase, you authorize Strata Art to process payment for the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items out of stock. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Made-to-order / custom products: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.
  • Ready-to-ship products: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at strataartist@gmail.com. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Strata Art reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Shipping charges are additional and shown at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, content, and branding on this website are the property of Strata Art. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Strata Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
