Order Processing Time All Strata Art posters are made-to-order. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Method We ship all orders across India via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post), a reliable and trackable courier service.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Dispatch: 2-3 business days after order confirmation
- Delivery after dispatch: 5–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from the date of order
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your India Post tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the India Post website.
Packaging Every poster is packed with care using secure, rigid protective packaging designed to safeguard your 3D wall art during transit and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at strataartist@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Destination We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
